Interim Recruit have another Interim CTO job vacancy for a Manchester based client handled by our North West office.

A rapidly expanding financial services start-up based in Manchester is currently looking for an experienced CTO. This position will run on an interim 9 month basis.
Joining an entrepreneurial and dynamic senior management team, this exciting role comes at a pivotal time for the company. After an extremely successful past 12 months, the newly defined strategy includes breaking into new markets, and expanding the firm’s reach across the UK. To support this agenda, this interim role will focus on mentoring the product and development teams, to actively set the company up for success.
Outline of duties:

• Drive development of pioneering digital products and services
• Ensure systems are in place to support rapid scaling-up
• Liaise with external stakeholders to shout about the company’s capabilities and vision
• Advise on data privacy and regulations

This fantastic role is best suited to a CTO with a strong track record in leading a team, and deep technical expertise. Experience of working within the finance sector and a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations is a must.
Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, an energetic and hands-on approach, and an ability to build effective relationships within a short space of time.
