Interim Recruit have another Interim HR Director job vacancy for a Milton Keynes based client handled by our South East office.
An excellent opportunity has come up for a high-level HR professional looking for a fresh challenge at a UK wide leisure company.
This role will run on an interim 9 month basis, and will be based primarily in the company’s Milton Keynes offices. The business has expanded rapidly in the past year, and this interim role will form an integral part of an ambitious and progressive leadership team.
Reporting to the organisation’s General Manager, the main duties will include:
• Implementing a development and training programme for the UK-based teams
• Heading up the UK-wide recruitment process liaising with locally based HR teams
• Creating new job descriptions and updating existing JDs as appropriate
• Providing cost efficiency reports
To be considered for this role candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience within a senior HR leadership role. A passion for people development is essential to this role. As is an ability to motivate and inspire at all levels, provide insightful advice at board level, and champion change.
