Interim Recruit have another Interim Managing Director job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East office.

We are currently recruiting for a Managing Director at a leading retail group based in London, for an interim 3 month period.
Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior manager to step into a demanding MD role, to help drive business strategy, and realise organisational objectives. The company has undergone an extensive restructure over the past 12 months to enable it to effectively grow. This role will play an active part in this next stage, aligning business strategy with market opportunity.
Main duties:

• Act as an innovative and strategic leader to actively implement business plans and objectives
• Advise on budgets and targets through insightful financial management
• Develop local managers
• Further develop the company’s profile with key stakeholders
• Drive a coherent sales plan across all sites

This is a challenging, fast-paced role best suited to a candidate with extensive retail experience, in a senior management capacity. A strong track record of delivering inspiring results within a short space of time is essential to this role.
