Interim Recruit have another Interim Regional Manager Job vacancy for a Liverpool based client handled by our North West office.

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager for a global construction business on an interim 6 month basis.
Working from the group’s Liverpool site, this is a one-off opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to make their mark in a varied and hands-on role. Responsible for sales in the North West region, key accountabilities will mainly focus on ensuring growth and profitability targets are met. Developing strong customer relationships at a senior level and contribution to business strategy are also key elements to this role.
Accountabilities:

• Develop a regional sales plan in line with the global sales approach
• Monitor price strategy
• Provide sales forecasts
• Develop business partner network
• Effectively manage the sales team

Managing sales distribution channels, and sales cycles, mentoring a team, and having a strong track record in delivering against KPIs are essential.Candidates will need to be educated to degree level, with extensive experience within the construction sector, to be considered for this role.
