Interim Recruit have another Interim CEO job vacancy for a Reading based client handled by our South East office.

We are currently working with a large pharmaceutical company based in Reading. Due to a period of change and expansion, they are looking for an interim CEO to cover a 6-9 month period.
The company has operations throughout Europe, but now they are looking to expand their reach in other sectors, including retail. In line with this, this interim role will set the strategy, mentor the senior management team, and provide expert advice on the current technological infrastructure.

Duties:
• Guiding the decision making at the most senior level to realise business goals
• Effectively advising on business risk and opportunity
• Advising on best mix of geographical development
• Working closely with shareholders and building effective working relationships

To be considered for this role, candidates must have extensive experience of coaching senior team members, and leading a company through business critical projects.
A positive attitude, creative problem solving abilities, and a strong track record in providing innovative solutions are all must-have qualities for this role, along with a natural flair for building influential relationships at all levels.
