How the interim recruitment process works
Determine client priorities
An assessment of a clients requirements to identify the skills, knowledge, abilities and personality traits of the interim required to perform the role. We can then confirm a formal job description and assign our consultants to the client. Timeframes and deadlines for the process will then be established.
Establish search strategy
Access and examine internal and external candidate databases, online resources, networking and social media. Consider advertising in the trade press.
Attract and Assess – Selection
Screen candidates and evaluate suitability against the job specification. Establish an individuals interest in the role and where a match is identified invite the candidates to an interview.
Shortlisting – CV Presentation
We will conduct in-depth interviews with suitable candidates and present a shortlist of candidate profiles of the most appropriate CV’s.
Client Interviews and Selection
Client- candidate meetings are scheduled and the best candidates selected. Further interviews make take place to decide on the chosen candidate.
Offer
The consultant will work closely with both the client and the candidate to negotiate a remuneration package and will be in close contact with both the candidate and client to ensure the offer is secured and agreed. The consultant will maintain communication to ensure a smooth transition into the new organisation. The interim manager is ready to commence work as soon as they are needed.
