Interim Recruit have another Interim IT Director job vacancy for a London based client handled by our South East office.

A national financial services company based in London is looking to recruit an experienced IT Director on a 3-6 month basis.
Joining the company at an exciting time, this role will play an important part of the company’s future as they focus on an ambitious growth plan. The main purpose of this role will be to lead the IT function, ensuring a first class service is delivered across all IT services throughout the business and crucially, to ensure that the systems in place can effectively support rapid expansion.
Reporting into the CEO, this challenging and hands-on role will involve:

• Developing IT systems and solutions in line with business strategy and targets
• Ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained across all areas of the business
• Developing and delivering an IT strategy in line with overall business agenda
• Successfully managing relationships with all third parties
• Driving IT investments

This varied role demands an experienced, energetic IT Director with sound commercial acumen, and the ability to build solid relationships while championing a positive working environment.
Candidates must be educated to degree level with a proven track record in a similar IT leadership role, effectively managing stakeholders, providing end to end processes and procedures and reducing operational risks in line with regulatory concerns.
