A leading communications business based in London is currently recruiting for a Marketing Director, on an interim 3 month basis.
The successful candidate will be joining the company at an exciting time. The board has recently gone through a reshuffle, and as such, they are looking for fresh talent to advise on current strategy and develop new, streamlined ways of working. In this role, you will predominately focus on P&L strategy, aligning marketing channels with market spend, and advising on how best to service the broad client base.
Outline of main duties:

• Prioritising client portfolio with a clear rationale
• Guiding major marketing investment and P&L strategy
• Defining customer proposition
• Developing and mentoring the marketing managers

This fantastic opportunity is open to experienced Marketing Directors, with a strong track record in a similar leadership role. Experience of guiding companies through change, delivering large projects within a short space of time and a structured, logical approach to problem solving are key.
Candidates must be educated to degree level, with a relevant Business or Marketing qualification, and at least 5 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role.
